  • Jesse Vezey

    FOUNDER, NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

    Jesse has over 25 years of experience with a wide range of exercise modalities, including running multiple marathons, 20 half marathons, traditional weight lifting, crossfiit, spin and HIIT workouts. Jesse has also been heavily involved with coaching youth sports including Basketball, Volleyball, Football, and Soccer. Jesse has a strong desire to share his love of fitness with others and help them transform their lives in a positive way. Jesse is a natural coach and focuses on education and positive direction and encourages you to push yourself to reach your desired goals and full potential.

  • Janelle Vezey

    NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Coach

    Janelle has over 20 year of fitness experience including running, yoga, Pilates, weightlifting and HIIT workouts. Janelle has a firm belief in the positive impact exercise can have on mental, emotional and physical health. Janelle loves to work with people and enjoys sharing her knowledge and strong belief in fitness and the key role it can play in helping to create a life of strength, stability and healthy self esteem.

After Jesse spent 23 years in the fast food industry and running his own franchise Jesse and his wife Janelle decided to follow their real passion. Instead of assisting in the fast growing world of convenient, unhealthy eating and increasing laziness Jesse and Janelle wanted to help make an impact on peoples lives by doing exactly the opposite. Helping others get fit and be the healthiest versions of themselves.
