Workout Sessions

Because it’s not what you do once in a while that matters, it’s what you do everyday.

Push/Pull/Legs

This specific strength training routine will split your body into three parts. Each part is then trained on it’s own separate day.

The “push” workout will train all of the pushing muscles (chest, shoulders, triceps)

The “pull” workout will train all the upper body pulling muscles (back and biceps)

“Legs” workout will train the entire lower body (quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves)

Full Body Workout

You will exercising your whole body, with all major muscle groups. The entire body essentially being used and stimulated in one workout. You’ll be building muscle by combining exercises that use the upper and lower body, plus the core, in one training session.
