Workout Classes

CONSISTENCY WINS.

Because it’s not what you do once in a while that matters, it’s what you do everyday.

Push/Pull/Legs

This specific strength training routine will split your body into three parts. Each part is then trained on it’s own separate day.

The “push” workout will train all of the pushing muscles (chest, shoulders, triceps)

The “pull” workout will train all the upper body pulling muscles (back and biceps)

“Legs” workout will train the entire lower body (quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves)

Total Body Circuit

This strength training circuit involves rotating through various exercises targeting different parts of the body.

Each class will have a different workout keeping it challenging and fun at the same time.

Core & Mobility

This workout class will involve strengthening the muscles of the “core”. This includes ab muscles, lower back, hips, and pelvis. Functional core workouts have been proven to provide numerous benefits for overall fitness, strength, stability, and athletic performance.

Mobility training is all about dedicating time to care for your body and soft tissue to promote better movement and improved functional range of motion. This will involve various stretching and foam rolling.

Youth strength training

This class will teach the fundamentals of strength training for kids. Safe lifting and proper form, along with having fun will be the focus in these youth classes.

Instilling the love of fitness at early age will set your child up for a life of great health and confidence.
